I've abandoned this blog for so loooong.

Not only because I still do not have internet connection in my house, but I've also been busy with my activities nowadays :p

 Hey, what's up guys? :D
 It's been a while and we just do not realize we've entered second month of 2013! Wow.
 Two important moments in this month: Chinese New Year and Valentine's day. Not forget to mention this month is my grandma's 73th Birthday too! Yay!

Well, as I'm blogging in the middle of my part time work... *sshhhtt* :p
It just suddenly popped out in my mind to write new post in this "abandoned" blog.
As today I received a song from my dear boyfriend. And although I don't know who is the artist and never heard any of this artist's song previously, I just wondered what is the lyrics until my boyfriend sent and give this album in the middle of the night last night!
Yup, he was stuck on heavy traffic jam because Jakarta was flooding! So, I opened and downloaded the song, and I was touched by the lyrics! Let me tell ya the title of the song.. It is... Turning Page with Sleeping at Last. And do read the lyrics slowly and carefully. You might be touched by the sweetness and romantic poem by the writer. *____*

I'm BACK! :D

It's soooooo GOOD to be healthy!! Thank God I'm healed and recovered from DBD (Demam Berdarah Dengue), which forced me to stayed for 4 days at the hospital, private hospital at Gading Serpong, and really made me realized how tortured is it to be weak and sick :(

but Thank God I'm healed anyway!! I can back to do my activities, and update this blog which has been abandoned for a while. (Sorryy~).

Well, actually I've kinda busy too on holiday, although I have had about 4 months holiday, but time really moves fast and it's quite hard for me to write things up in here and post it to my blog. What I've done on this holiday?

I part-time work as an accountant and input some accountings to GL and excel, prepare for KRK Pentakosta (Pentecost Soul Revival at MGK), hang out, culinary trips, and also ... VACATION! Woohooo!

So many stories that I wanna talk and tell y'all in here, but let me do it slowly but sure ;)

Gonna post about Thai-Singapore trip as soon as possible!

P.S: I supposed to study and back to campus today, but my health permission from hospital can be a great escape and good reason to skip 3 classes today! (pfiuhhh) I will back to campus tomorrow! let God walk with me in this new semester, sophomore year!

Well, still considering the advantages to study at JCU Singapore? Let me describe it in some points:

1. Fast track of study: Undergraduate student only need 2 YEARS to study, while postgraduate just need 1 YEAR! Wow. It's really saves time than study at other country, which usually take 3,5 years until 4 years.
2. The location and the cost: JCU Singapore located nearer with Indonesia than Australia, which means the time that we might spend is shorter than to travel to Australia. Besides, the living cost and study cost at JCU Singapore also cheaper than JCU Australia - so, parents can divide the tuition fee for other needs.
3. Multicultural students at Singapore: Singapore consist of various culture: Singaporean, Indian, Chinese, Indonesian, Korean, Taiwan, Japanese, even American and Australian. So, by study at JCU Singapore, we can learn to socialize with multicultural people, absorb the work ethics, and also learn native language - from Chinese, Sing-lish, until Korean or Japanese.
4. Think global, act local: by study abroad, we can learn the different culture from other countries, especially about tourism. If we take a look at the Singapore Tourism Board that keep growing day by day, it's not impossible to learn the way they develop it, and try to apply and expand it to improve our country (Indonesia's tourism), so we can gain more income from tourism and in the end, we can increase Indonesia's GDP as the member of ASEAN that usually positioned as the developing country, not developed country.
5. Achieve the same title like JCU Australia: this is the most delighted things after all. We study at Singapore, and we get the same title from JCU Australia, Doesn't it good to achieve the title from different country but learn at other country?

are you wondering where is the perfect place to have a romantic dinner with your loved ones to celebrate your anniversary, or just to hang out with your best friends?

Bibliotheque definitely is your perfect dining place to have a casual yet classy dinner. Located at Sampoerna Strategic Square, Ground Floor, with two floor, we will get overwhelmed with the ambiance and atmosphere that brought by Bibliotheque. As a French restaurant with classic library as the main decoration, the placement of high pillars and lots of book shelves with real book (we can even read it) really support the feeling that we are having a dinner in a library! I really bet you will get the different ambiance - the good one when you're having dinner here because although the dishes' price are quite high, but it's worth the feeling that you will get - especially Bibliotheque is recommended for you guys who wanna tell your feelings to your crushes (girls)

Besides, after having a main course or just drink wine and enjoy the desserts, we can also go downstairs to the dance floor and have some fun there by the live music from DJ after 9 PM on Saturday night.

Well, not only the good and perfect ambiance that we might get at Bibliotheque, but also the delicious foods! Me and my boyfriend ate a lot that night because we got overwhelmed with the unique yet attractive name of the dishes and we really enjoy the ambiance there - it's so perfect to have a romantic dinner and private conversation

The type of cuisine that serves here are European - with French touch as the perfection. That night, we ate Parcel John Dory and Australian Black Angus Beef Prime Rib as the main courses. Parcel John Dory is the merger of mustard sauce, Dory fish, and something like parcel or croissant that contained inside the Dory Fish, which is very smooth, delicious, and perfect cook.




The other one, Australian Black Angus Beef Prime Rib which I ordered in medium well done, also different with other steaks that served by other restaurant because the special sauce that used in Bibliotheque.






As the dessert, we ordered Volcano Chocolate Espresso Scone, which is very GOOD! The melted chocolate that came out from the cake, the mixture of espresso that blow you away after ate various taste of main courses, and not to forget the vanilla ice cream that give you the cold feeling after the warm chocolate scone. REALLY YUMMY! :9



We also ordered Bailey's Irish Cream Muse Pie, which is very rare to find in Jakarta, and yes you can find it here! The main difference of this pie is the addition of Bailey's or wine that usually drink separately with other dishes, and the pie is quite similar like a biscuit because it's crunchy, yet .. it's also a recommended dish when you dining here, because it taste sweet yet tasty.



The price range you should prepare to dine here is above Rp 300.000, because the dish's price is about Rp 60.000 per person, and if you only order one dish, I really doubt you can get satisfied - but if you only want to hang out, it's okayy. Not to mention the wine's price that range above Rp 500.000 per bottle. So, if you want to dine with cheap price, Bibliotheque is definitely not that type, but if you want to have a casual yet classy and romantic dinner, Bibliotheque definitely is

After so long abandoned this dearest blog, I decide to update this and turn this blog into a journal of my life, especially about FOOD (my reviews, experiences, and recommendation also), FASHION, and FUN! Hey food lovers~ have you ever heard about this restaurant? This chinese food restaurant has been there at Puncak since a long time, but there's only plenty review and tracks about it, so I guess it's the perfect choice for me to share my experience and taste review about my favorite restaurant! Here we go :D

Berlokasi di Jl. Raya Cipanas 68, yang bersebelahan dengan FO Brasco, yang cukup terkenal dengan koleksi baju-baju branded murah karena sisa export, Amen Resto berdiri dengan megah di tepi jalan raya, kira-kira 5 KM sebelum ke Cipanas. Dulu pas saya masih kecil, restoran ini belum ber-AC dan kuno, tapi sekarang ... voila, restoran ini sudah ber-AC, meja kayu bundar dengan putaran untuk makanan ditengah, dan suasana yang nyaman untuk makan bersama dengan keluarga tercinta ;)

Setelah berwisata kebun teh di Puncak, berkunjung ke kebun binatang, atau memanjakan mata di kebun bunga, kayaknya sudah wajib untuk mencoba restoran ini karena perut kita akan dimanjakan dengan berbagai hidangan hangat nan istimewa. Keunggulan AMEN Resto dibandingkan dengan berbagai chinese food resto di Jakarta adalah hidangannya yang bak hidangan rumahan, oldies, tetapi tetap istimewa di lidah. Hidangan istimewa di AMEN antara lain: Ayam Rebus yang sangat lembut dan gurih, meski hanya sedikit bumbu bawang putih, Sapo Tahu Seafood dimana tahunya sangat halus dan meleleh di lidah dengan pas ditambah campuran potongan ikan, udang, cumi, dan sayuran, yang disajikan di atas kompor kecil sehingga tetap hangat,


Samchan (maaf non halal) dibalur dengan saus kecap yang sangat gurih dan empuk di mulut, Puyung Hai yang meski berisi veggie saja namun rasanya tetap dahsyat dan membuat kita ingin menambah lagi lagi dan lagi,



Tauge tumis yang dicampur dengan babat - yang sangat pas apabila dikombinasikan bersama,


dan tak ketinggalan .. Bakmi goreng special ala Amen yang rasanya ueenaakk tenan!



Setelah menyantap berbagai hidangan dengan beraneka rasa, tak lupa ditemani dengan secangkir Oolong Chinese Tea yang membuat perut terasa hangat dan kenyangnya pool! :D

Di tengah udara yang dingin-dingin sejuk di Puncak, mengisi perut dan tenaga dengan hidangan hangat dari Amen Restoran ini rasanya merupakan pilihan yang tepat. Selain itu, 1 porsi makanan di Amen Resto bisa dimakan untuk 4-5 orang, sehingga harga yang harus kita bayar pun sangat terjangkau (kira-kira Rp 35.000 sampai Rp 50.000 per porsi). Jadi, dimana lagi bisa mengisi perut dengan makanan enak, sehat, bergizi, terjangkau, dan kenyang POL selain di Amen Resto yang pastinya memberikan pengalaman hot and cold di Puncak. So, udah gak bingung lagi kan kalo rekreasi di Puncak? Daripada pergi ke tempat makan itu-itu lagi di atas gunung, mari siapkan sumpit dan tancapkan kaki menuju AMEN Restoran :D
